PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
PAYMENT
50% deposit is payable when booking. 14 days before arrival the other 50% is payable. For bookings made 14 days or less before arrival 100% is payable when booking.
A valid credit card, in the name of the person making the booking, is required at time of booking.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Specials: No changes or cancellations permitted.
Regular rates: Bookings are not cancellable, and payments are not refundable. If notified more than 14 days before the arrival date, bookings may be transferred once only to a date within 6 months from the notification date. Extra payment may be required if the rates for the new dates differ from the original rates. No cancellations or changes permitted 14 days or less in advance of the arrival date.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Arrival is from 2pm. Departure is strictly no later than 10am.
2. Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking inside will incur a fee of up to $500 to the credit card.
3. Pets are not allowed. We will terminate the tenancy with no refund given if pets are found on the property.
4. A maximum of 2 adult guests is allowed per studio, & 4 adult guests for the villa. We will terminate the tenancy with no refund if these maximums are exceeded or non-adult guests are found in the studio/villa.
5. We ask guests to leave the studio/villa in a reasonably clean condition. If it is not, a cleaning fee of up to $200 will be charged to the credit card.
6. If there is any damage or property loss, including glassware, we reserve the right to charge the credit card to fix or replace the item/s or damage.
7. The studio fireplaces are available from May to September only. Using it outside those months will incur a cleaning fee of up to $300 to the credit card.
8. We provide lots of consumable items (e.g tissues, teas, toilet paper, paper towels) so you won’t run out during your stay. If you take unused items we will charge the credit card to replace them.

Open Pantry - includes all the essentials
As azjure is a fully-self contained property, not a B&B, breakfast is not included. However in the Open Pantry in each studio and the Villa we provide kitchen essentials including S&P grinders with Maldon sea salt and fresh black peppercorns, 100% Arabica coffee beans from Campo Coffee for the De longhi & Saeco automatic coffee machines, Mt Stirling extra virgin olive oil, Lirah caramelised balsamic vinegar, sugar, Equal, a selection of Twining’s teas, luxury hot chocolate, Glad Wrap, paper towels and napkins.
